TAAP Proof Of Delivery

This application has been produced to help people or organisations create proof of delivery documents with signatures, date/times and photos.

Its really easy to use and will help you save a lot of time and avoid any delivery disputes.

1. Download the Proof of Delivery application

2. Open the App

3. Create a Delivery Job

4. Fill in the delivery details as required

5. Add a condition photo and any comments.

6. Confirm the delivery date/time and capture cistomer and driver signatures.

7. When ready you can generate a Microsoft Word Document by pressing Create POD Document. The layout and template is provided by TAAP but if you want you can edit it and add more information if you require.

8. You can then print or email the document.

A professional version of this product is being developed for larger delivery companies to help capture photos, video, and elimiate paper from the process of deliveries. Until our clients are up and running with the professional version we hope you find the product of use and help.
